Historic Bank Barn – 1800′s post and beam bank barn with sound system, electrical outlets, string lights and hookups for chandeliers. Three large areas can be used for dining, dance area and food service.

Gravel Courtyard – Stone walled gravel courtyard great for cocktails or bar area.

Flower Border Lawn – Grass courtyard with a large flower borders between the Poultry Palace and the greenhouse. Great for ceremony or tent.

Parking – Grass parking lot for 150 vehicles with attendants for your event.

Restored Milking Parlor – Full commercial type kitchen for caterers, lounge area and full restroom for bridal party. Large upstairs sleeping loft ideal for a dressing area for the bridal party.

Cottage Meadow – Facing the springhouse and the stream. Great area for ceremonies.

Event Coordinator – Our coordinator works with you to design your ceremony site and your reception layout. He also coordinates all of your vendors (caterer, photographer, musicians, etc.) and works up a contingency plan for any issues that might occur on that day. The coordinator is on site for the event and the clean up. He is also available on the hourly rate for extra help with your event if needed.

  • Shuttle between ceremony and reception site

  • Photo session on farm before event (includes total access to private areas of the farm)
