Warwick Farm is available for outdoor events from May 1 to November 1. We also offer off -season indoor wedding pricing, intimate wedding package pricing, corporate event pricing, special event pricing, private photo shoots, and package pricing for florals, decor and planning. We can accommodate small and intimate gatherings of 10-20 people or your large events of up to 350.

Historic Bank Barn – Charming 1800’s post & beam Barn is perfect for large groups. Three distinct rooms make ideal separations for ceremonies, receptions & food service.
Lord Burnham Glass Greenhouse - Stunning English, mid-century, glass greenhouse is a lovely location for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception. See more photos of the Greenhouse here!
Glass Greenhouse Garden & Folly - Limestone courtyard surrounded by pasture, farm grounds, a beautiful English glass Greenhouse and hemmed in by raised flower beds filled with lovely perennials & annuals.
Cottage Meadow & Spring - Facing the 1800’s Springhouse and the natural stream this grass meadow is a fantastic area for ceremonies. Antique doors make a dramatic entrance for your walk down the aisle.
Perennial Border & Lawn – Grass courtyard with large flower borders lies between the Poultry Palace and the working Greenhouse separated by a large, antique urn. Ideal for small intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners.
Cottage - One Bedroom, fully appointed cottage perfect for the Bride and her attendants to get ready for the ceremony. For an additional charge, it is ideal for the new married couple to spend their wedding night. See full details here.
Restored Milking Parlor – Full commercial type kitchen for caterers, lounge area and full restroom for bridal party. Large upstairs sleeping loft ideal for a dressing area for the bridal party. See full details here.
Facility Coordinator – A Facility coordinator will be onsite the day of your event for set-up of your ceremony and reception spaces and answer vendor questions. Hire or designate a wedding or event planner to manage all the details of your big day.
Have a backup plan in mind for adverse weather conditions. We have multiple venues for ceremony options.
Hire a licensed caterer. The right caterer will handle all the details of the food and drink part of your event so your guests have a stellar experience. We have preferred caterers we are happy to refer you to!
