Warwick Farm is available from May 1 to November 1 for events, private photo shoots, and special event photography. We can accommodate small and intimate gatherings of 10-20 people or your large event up to 350. To inquire about pricing, call (740) 507-6663.
Historic Bank Barn – 1800′s post and beam bank barn with sound system, electrical outlets, string lights and hookups for chandeliers. Three large areas can be used for dining, dance area and food service.
Gravel Courtyard – Stone-walled gravel courtyard, great for cocktails or bar area.
Flower Border Lawn – Grass courtyard with large flower borders between the Poultry Palace and the greenhouse. Great for ceremony or tent.
Parking – Grass parking lot for 150 vehicles with attendants for your event.
Restored Milking Parlor – Full commercial type kitchen for caterers, lounge area and full restroom for bridal party. Large upstairs sleeping loft ideal for a dressing area for the bridal party.
Cottage Meadow – Facing the springhouse and the stream. Great area for ceremonies.
Venue Coordinator – A venue coordinator will be onsite the day of your event and will work with you and your vendors to assist at the ceremony site and reception layout. She will help coordinate your onsite vendors (caterer, photographer, musicians, etc.) and assist in contingency planning for any issues that might occur on that day. *Note: Full wedding planning services are available for an additional cost. Tips for a Successful Event at Warwick Farm
Hire or designate a wedding or event planner to manage all the details of your big day. Our onsite coordinator is available to help manage venue logistics, but have a trusted friend or employee on hand to manage details like catering and more. We can help you find the perfect person to help coordinate your event!
Have a backup plan in mind for adverse weather conditions. We have multiple venues for ceremony options.
Hire a licensed caterer. The right caterer will handle all the details of the food and drink part of your event so your guests have a stellar experience. We have preferred caterers we are happy to refer you to!
